LEEDS, AL, June 4, 2008 - Covenant Bank is pleased to announce the opening of their Mortgage Services Division. Kevin Greene and Gary Eubanks of Impact Mortgage Group, Inc. will lead Covenant’s mortgage team effective July 1, 2008 pending final agreement of the parties. Kevin Greene and Gary Eubanks founded Impact Mortgage Group in 2001. They have been very successful in closing over 3,900 residential mortgages totaling over $450 million in business.

A final agreement with Kevin and Gary will be in place prior to July 1, 2008. The addition of this quality component to Covenant’s products line confirms Covenant’s commitment to be the premier bank in the areas it serves.

Covenant Bank was founded in 1997 and has grown to over $90 million in total assets with its current locations in Leeds and Moody. Branching to other areas is planned later this year.
